Season's Best Award - Fall

The Fall Season's Best landscape award has been given to Abbie and Mike Furrow at 3445 Hearst Castle Way.  This mature landscape with two stunning oak trees and lovely foundation plantings always looks good. But we especially appreciated the over the top Halloween decorating as an oasis of normalcy and humor in the midst of a difficult year. Halloween was not canceled here!  Thank you to the Furrow family for their year-round devotion to providing an attractive landscape and for their support of the HOA.

You can find more pictures of their  beautiful landscape on our website by clicking here.

Our next award for winter and holiday decor will come in the middle of December. All HOA members are eligible and nominations are welcome by email to Beautification@efchoa.com.

Get Ahead of Your Next Emergency with
SMART911

What if first responders had access to your drug allergies and medical history before the ambulance even arrived?  It’s possible when you set up a safety profile with SMART911. Plano Public Safety Communications has launched SMART911. This tool makes your profile available to dispatchers when you call for help from a cell phone. It fills a critical gap because cell phones do not provide any information to dispatchers. You have the power to select what details to include in your profile such as medical conditions, household information, pet instructions and more.

Plano Police Officer Chris Bianez explains how it works in this "Safety Minute" video.
