This is a good example of how how your dues keep our neighborhood looking attractive, how having an active HOA Board protects your property values and why we count on everyone's support through your annual HOA dues to keep our neighborhood strong!
The City of Plano notified our HOA in February they were preparing to replace the broken and crumbling brick screening wall south of Hogan Manor. Unfortunately, the city also notified us that we would be responsible for paying to remove our electrical/irrigation boxes from the brick screening wall and install them on a standalone structure. The cost to the HOA for this was an unexpected $3,370. This is 10% of the dues income received to date, which is currently $7,050 below our budgeted dues income.
