BEAUTIFICATION NEWS
Season's Best Award - Winter/Holiday

The EFCHOA Winter Seasons Best award was given to the Armijo Family at 7505 Shadow Lawn. This landscape has 3 mature Live Oaks, 2 stunning Japanese maples and front flower beds full of plantings that look tropical but somehow came through our February freeze as lush and beautiful as ever. Our thanks for a lovely landscape and festive holiday lights for the neighborhood to enjoy!

CRIME WATCH NEWS
Welcome Officer Sheldon Krz

Officer Sheldon Krc, pronounced Kirk, is the new Crime Prevention Unit Officer assigned to our neighborhood, following the retirement of Officer Mark Dawson earlier this year.  Last newsletter, I highlighted the Free Property Assessment offered by Plano Police.  These assessments are offered through the Crime Prevention Unit so Officer Krc conducts them for Estates of Forest Creek residents.  If you would like to have one done, you can schedule one by calling the Crime Prevention Unit at 972-941-2431. For more information go to:  https://www.plano.gov/1376/Home-Security-Assessment

COMMUNITY INFORMATION
Estates of Forest Creek Resident on Mission to Save Lives

After almost two years of working on our mission to save lives from cardiac arrest, Julie and I are launching “Phase 1” of our 501(c)(3) organization, called Cardiac Crusade.

Please go to www.CardiacCrusade.org to watch the launch video and learn what you can do to save a life. The Phase 1 top objective is to create a database of Cardiac Crusaders - volunteers who will help identify and verify AED locations. This takes just a minute and anyone can do it.

We also need to create media campaigns to get the word out. Donations are welcome - even if it’s a couple bucks a month, anything will help!

We want to make a difference and hope you can join us!
