Let’s Thrive in 2025!  As a 27-year homeowner in the Estates of Forest Creek, it is an honor to be your new Membership Director on the EFC HOA Board. Together, as HOA members, we will continue to maintain our fabulous neighborhood consisting of 436 homes. At the January 15th HOA meeting, 2024 Current Members in attendance voted to approve the 2025 Annual Budget. 

After paying your $200 HOA annual dues, you can make Beautification and General Fund donations. The first $4,500 contributed to Beautification Donations is our neighborhood match that will be applied to the $20,000 City of Plano Neighborhood Beautification Grant we received in 2024. The proceeds will be allocated for landscaping enhancement and irrigation improvements of the median, entrances, and common areas.

Thank you to all the households who have joined in the past and look forward to more this year.
