HOA Membership Update
Online 2024 HOA Dues Payment Open Now

Greetings!

I hope your start to 2024 has been great!  There are 436 homes in the Estates of Forest Creek neighborhood and last year 280 families joined our HOA and paid dues.  Thanks to all who contributed as we could not do all the things that benefit our neighborhood without you.  Our goal was 280 so we reached that but we really need the other 156 homes (36%) to join with the rising cost of electricity, water, supplies, landscapers and the list goes on.

We have not raised the dues since 2017 and have decided to keep the dues at $150 but we need more families who enjoy the benefits of the HOA to please contribute. We have added a new option to pay the service fee of $4.61 if you pay online.  So if you are willing to cover that it automatically adds to total but if you are not good with helping with the fee, then simply remove from cart by changing quantity 1 to blank.

Did you know our HOA has a beautification fund? When you pay your dues, you can add any additional amount above the $150 dues and it goes directly to landscaping and improving our common areas. We continue to need to replace plants installed earlier with hardier ones that can be beautiful and appropriate for our harsh summer weather. Intense freezes, though few and far between, also direct our plant considerations. Any additional dollars you add to your regular dues payment helps with the many Beautification projects needed each year.

Thanks again for a wonderful 2023 and let's make 2024 a record-breaking year for Estates of Forest Creek HOA membership!
