Below is a link to the Information Package for our Special Association Meeting on Tuesday, August 20th at 7pm on Zoom.  Meeting and vote details are included in the package.

It is my sincere hope that this information helps to settle the confusion among our members.  I also encourage you to please use the online Q&A to share your questions and thoughts.

• To facilitate discussion in a manner that will promote respect, allow for individual opinions and avoid misinformation, we (HOA Board) have created an online public Q&A document for comments or questions related to the Special Association Meeting

• Please email any comments or questions to president@efchoa.com, vp@efchoa.com, secretary@efchoa.com and treasurer@efchoa.com

• If we are unable to answer a specific question, the board will consult with the Special Interest Group

• We will address and post all questions as promptly as possible. 

• The deadline for submissions is August 18th at 12pm

Per EFC HOA bylaws, only Current Members are eligible to vote.  Each real property address in EFC shall have only one (1) vote to cast - Article III - Membership - 3.03

 A "Current Member" is any member who has who has paid dues this calendar year, January 1, 2024 or after - Article II - Definitions - 2.08

In order to verify Current Member status, voter registration is required.
