Thank you to everyone who supported the HOA this year by paying your dues and volunteering your time. Your financial and volunteerism allows the HOA to do the essential services you count on - mowing, watering, entrance lighting, decorating during the holiday season, neighborhood CrimeWatch, welcoming new residents to our beautiful neighborhood and more.

SEASON'S BEST - Winter/Holiday 2024

The Season’s Best winner for the Holiday Season is David and Michelle Bell of 3728 Hearst Castle Drive. Their home lights up the neighborhood with snowmen and Joy yard art. Their lamps are festooned with garland and bows along with a beautiful holiday wreath on their door. The Bell’s have been HOA members since 1995, and David does all the yard work and decorations. Thanks to the Bell’s for being a part of our festive neighborhood this season!
