The Estates of Forest Creek HOA's Annual Association Meeting was held on Tuesday, November 12th on Zoom. Forty 2024 HOA members attended the meeting. We thank you for your participation in this important process!
President, Erica Tuscano, presented a recap of HOA work done in 2024 and a look ahead to 2025. Treasurer, Ron Harabis, presented the Treasurer's Report and projected shortfall that, per our bylaws (7.01 (d)(e)), requires an Association vote to use our reserve funds to cover the anticipated deficit. Ron presented a motion to amend the 2024 budget to allocate reserve funds to the projected deficit currently estimated at ($4,637) with a maximum allocation of $5,000. Ron noted the $5,000 deficit is a projection and could change based on donations, membership increase or additional unexpected expenditures. Discussion was opened and closed. The motion was approved by a vote of 35 Yes and 0 No votes.
The Nominees submitted by the 2024 HOA Board were presented. No other eligible nominees names were submitted to Board prior to the election. Floor nominations were opened. None were received. The following Officers and Directors were elected by a vote of 34 each. There were no write in votes.

The election was conducted using an online election system to tabulate the votes. Everyone who was sent a ballot was assigned a unique access key which could only be used to vote once and all voting choices remained anonymous. For audit records of the voting see below.
