How to renew or join:

Go to our website www.efchoa.com, click the link “Join EFC HOA & PAY DUES” (or click the green button below this article). If paying by check, please make it payable to EFC HOA, in the amount of $200.00 for dues and any other amount added for the Beautification or General Fund accounts. The check may be dropped off in the BLACK box on the front porch of 3516 Old Manse Court; or mailed to Estates of Forest Creek HOA, PO Box 251271, Plano, TX 75025-1271.
