As spring ends, the EFC HOA Board would like to extend a sincere thank you to all our neighbors for your support, participation, and commitment to our community. Whether you attended events, volunteered your time, paid your dues, or simply helped make our neighborhood a welcoming place to live, your contributions are truly appreciated!

We wish you and your family a happy, safe, and relaxing summer. May the sunshine of summer bring fun and opportunities to enjoy time with friends, family, and neighbors.

The Estates of Forest Creek HOA Thank You Event for Current Members held on June 7^th was a fun and festive evening at Rusty Taco! We met many new neighbors and enjoyed time with friends and family.

This event was one of our ways of saying thank you for your support and involvement in making our neighborhood such a great place to live!

Our Summer Season’s Best award goes to Mike and Lisa Litowkin on 3516 Hearst Castle Way. The Litowkin’s home has many types of beautiful colorful flowers, statuary, and pots for different textures and colors. The front entrance is welcoming with its potted plants and flowery wreath. The landscaping, grass, and trees are well maintained, and the borders are lined with rocks. Mike and Lisa have been HOA members for many years and enjoy living in our neighborhood. Lisa enjoys gardening and making her front yard beautiful for all of her neighbors.

The Season's Best committee reported that it was difficult to choose a winner. There are so many homes that look beautiful. Our neighbors have been diligently working to make their homes inviting and colorful!

While the deadline for annual EFC HOA dues has passed, we are still accepting memberships and would love to have you join! We welcome new and returning members throughout the year.

THANK YOU to everyone who has already joined! If you haven’t yet, we invite you to become a member today and be part of all the efforts to keep our neighborhood thriving!

Your membership helps support neighborhood beautification, community events, and projects that make our neighborhood a great place to live.

Come celebrate America’s 250th anniversary at the All American 4th event. 
Join us on Saturday, July 4 from 6 pm to 10 pm for an unforgettable evening of free family fun, including games, food and drinks (available for purchase), and a spectacular fireworks show at 9:30 pm simulcast live on 97.5 KLAKE! Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and coolers.
