BEAUTIFICATION NEWS
Season's Best Award - Winter/Holiday

Our Season’s Best winner for Winter is Ricardo and Tessa Barrientos and family at 7525 White Castle Lane.  Their beautiful lawn is decorated wonderfully with a family of snowmen, ornaments and presents along with lots of lighting.  The Barrientos family have been members of the EFC HOA since 2002.  Be sure to drive by their home to share in the joy it brings. Big thanks to the Barrientos family for sharing their lovely home and holiday decorations with us.

Season's Best Award - Fall

The Richards family at 3908 Boulton Court have been awarded this fall’s Season’s Best award.  Mike and Debra Richards moved into their new home on Boulton Court in 1994 and have been members of the HOA since 2015.  The Richards’ home landscaping is a natural beauty, to which they have added festive fall flowers and fun Halloween decorations.  Their spooky ghost is a favorite along with witches hats and a beautiful yard.  Thank you for being a member of the HOA and for sharing your lovely home grounds with us all.
