Call for 2025 Board Nominees for the HOA Election
Nominations for the 2025 EFC HOA Board are now open. Please submit your nominations to President, Erica Tuscano, at president@efchoa.com by October 2, 2024. The elections to the Board shall be held at the Annual Association Meeting in November 12, 2024.
4.01 - ELIGIBILITY - Any Resident that is a Current Member may be nominated and elected to the Board, however, only a Resident-Homeowner that is a Current Member may be nominated and elected to an Officer position. There will be no limits to the number of Terms to serve on the Board. The term for a Board member is one year.
4.05 - NOMINATIONS - At least (60) days before the Annual Association Meeting, the Board shall select nominees for the Board positions to be elected at the next Annual Association Meeting, the Board shall notify and request from the Members nominees for the Board positions to be elected at the next Annual Association Meeting in which Elections will be held.
