Annual HOA Meeting and 2022 Board Election

The 2022 HOA Board will be elected at our Annual Association Meeting. The current Board submits the following nominations for the 2022 HOA Board.

Any Resident that is a Current Member may be nominated and elected to the Board, however, only a Resident-Homeowner that is a Current Member may be nominated and elected to an Officer position.  Current Members may vote in the election, with one (1) vote per property address.

Plano's BEST Neighborhoods Division challenges neighborhoods to Fall Into Fitness - racking up minutes November 1 - November 30 by walking, jogging, dancing or any other movement. The awards are based on average time per person registered.  Last year six neighborhoods participated and logged a total of 95,816 minutes (66 days worth) of physical activity during the month of November.


Over these 30 days, track your activities. The more intense the activity, the more points you’ll earn. The neighborhood and individuals with the most points win!

Little Seed Library open with Fall Seeds!

Great news!  The weather is cooling off and The Little Seed Library is now offering seeds for fall planting!  Please stop by and exchange any seeds you saved (or have left over) from the summer and pick up seeds for the fall.
