Optional HOA Donation Options
- Donations made to our Beautification Fund will be used to supplement our Beautification budget. Past uses repair entrance stones, upgrade and replant landscape in our common areas, cover high water expense due to drought. Upgrading our irrigation system to better match our needs is another potential use of these funds as we look to reduce our annual operating expense and conserve water where possible. Donations supplement our ongoing Beautification operating expenses for water, electricity, landscape and irrigation maintenance, and seasonal plantings.

- Extra Donations will be used as needed by the HOA Board to cover budget shortfalls or to supplement budget needs. Examples might be decorations, membership drive, signage, socials, unexpected admin expense, electricity or irrigation infrastructure repairs/maintenance.
