As part of our Estates of Forest Creek island (median) renovation, some existing plants may end up not being incorporated into the new designs. We would love to offer these plants a new home — yours! As plants become available, we’ll reach out to those who have signed up right away. Please note that the types of plants available may vary. Depending on the level of interest, we may need to limit the number of plants per household to ensure a fair distribution.
