Join the HOA
The Homeowner's Association is a non-profit volunteer organization, created to coordinate neighborhood communications, help preserve property values, and to maintain common properties of the association. The board members are elected by the homeowners and serve a one year term.
The dues we collect, assist with maintaining and improving common areas in our association, pay for water and electricity at our entrances and medians, as well as provide a few neighborhood events per year.
We also work to encourage harmonious partnership between our homeowners. Getting involved in our HOA is a great way to make friends and have influence on the direction of our HOA and neighborhood.
