Why Join the HOA?
The Homeowner's Association is a non-profit volunteer organization, created to coordinate neighborhood communications, help preserve property values, and to maintain common properties of the association. The board members are elected by the homeowners and serve a one year term.
The dues we collect, assist with maintaining and improving common areas in our association, pay for water and electricity at our entrances and medians, as well as provide a few neighborhood events per year.
We also work to encourage harmonious partnership between our homeowners. Getting involved in our HOA is a great way to make friends and have influence on the direction of our HOA and neighborhood.
Pay Your Dues
Our Homeowner area is secured through a registration and authentication process. If you are already registered, first update your contact information and Directory publish preferences.
After that, you will be presented with the 2024 Estates of Forest Creek HOA Dues form. On that form is a place for an Optional Beautification Donation. Once you pay your 2024 HOA Dues, the dues form will no longer be visible. If you pay your dues and then later decide to make an Optional Beautification Donation later, you can use the stand alone Optional Beautification Donation form for that.
Use the dues form to pay your dues online or, if you prefer, you can select PAY BY CHECK at check out.
This year you will have a choice of paying online using a credit or debit card, Apple Pay (if you have that set up) or connection with your bank.
The HOA pays a fee to process payment electronically (credit, debit, Apple Pay or bank connection). If you would like to help the HOA defray this cost by paying the processing fee, leave the Online Payment Processing Fee quantity set to 1 (ONE). If you would prefer NOT to have the fee added to your dues, set the Online Payment Processing Fee quantity to BLANK.
We are unable to offer PayPal as an option this year as it is no longer supported by our web processor.
If you select PAY BY CHECK during the check out, you will be emailed an invoice showing a balance due based on what you selected online.
